# Market and language

> Country is where the search runs. Language is how the questions are asked.

The project header shows the country and the language, and a link to the brand website.

**Country** is where the search runs. You choose it when the project is created, and it stays fixed.

**Language** is the language of the questions and of the answers you want back. The Mentiofy app stays in English. When you pick a country during setup, the language list leads with languages commonly used in that market. You can choose another supported language. English is always available.

You can change the language later from the header. Prompts already saved stay in the wording they were given. Scans that start after the change use the new language. If older prompts are still in the previous language, archive them and add prompts in the language you selected. See [Prompts](https://docs.mentiofy.com/workspace/prompts.md).
