# Billing

> Plans, project limits, and what happens when payment needs attention.

Billing belongs to the account that owns the project. The owner opens it from **Account** in the sidebar. An invited member does not manage this project's subscription from here.

| Pro | 2 | 150 |
| Advanced | 5 | 300 |

Active prompts count toward the owner's limit across the projects that account owns. A project can also store up to 30 topics and 300 prompts. See [Prompts](https://docs.mentiofy.com/workspace/prompts.md).

Checkout and plan changes go through Stripe. When payment fails, or the subscription is canceled, unpaid, or expired, the project becomes read-only. You can still open the numbers. Edits and new scans wait until billing is restored.
