# Quickstart

> Create a project, choose prompts, and read the first results.

A project is one brand in one market.

**1. Add the brand and market**

Enter the project name and website. Choose the country where shoppers search, and the language they ask in.

The country stays fixed after the project is created. You can change the language later from the project header. Changing the language does not rewrite prompts that are already saved.

**2. Review topics**

Topics are the themes you want watched, such as a product category or a buying situation. Keep the topics that match how people ask about your brand.

**3. Review prompts**

Prompts are the questions Mentiofy sends to the assistants. During setup, keep at least one prompt for each topic you keep, up to 25 prompts.

After setup, your plan sets how many prompts can stay active. Archive a prompt and add another when you want different wording. The saved question is not edited in place.

**4. Choose a plan**

Billing belongs to the account that owns the project. The plan limits how many projects that account can own and how many prompts can be active.

**5. Open the dashboard**

The first scan runs after setup. Mentiofy then asks your active prompts every day. The dashboard waits until the first scan finishes. If that scan fails, **Retry scan** runs it again for today, as long as today does not already have a scan in progress or already finished.
